Campaign for Black Brooklyn

Before moving to Amsterdam I was a full-time Communications Organizer for Brooklyn Movement Center—a membership-led community organization building black power in Brooklyn. BMC was and is still FAM so I was pumped when they asked me to conceptualize and execute an 8-week communications campaign for them aimed at driving membership and activating the community’s imagaination.

I led the creative direction developed and executed an 8-week digital campaign across digital touch points that celebrated the culture, political history and radical imagination of Black Brooklyn. The campaign ran across web, social media, and email.
