As part of the Granny Amsterdam team, I co-produced and curated “Pay me like a white man”, an event for AdNight 2022, that explored the gender pay gap in the ad industry. In a packed cinema, our panel discussed unconscious biases, shared vulnerable stories, and unpacked tough questions on salary negotiations.
I led the production of creative assets that set the tone for the evening, including this video with Granny’s co-founder Dora Osinde that framed and kicked off the event.
